My Approach
I am able to use multiple modalities in treatment. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Trauma Therapy, PTSD, family therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, sound therapy, color therapy and multiple other approaches. My trauma therapy approach is through EMDR, Forward Facing Trauma Therapy or Narrative Trauma Therapy programming. I am trained to treat major mental health disorders, PTSD, anxiety, psychosomatic issues (including chronic pain) and many others. I also tend to take a more holistic approach to mental health treatment. I believe it is important to recognize mental, physical and spiritual health in order to see and treat a person as whole.
About me
My name is Wendy and I have been in mental health treatment for 15 years. I was a nurse for 18 years before retiring and practicing mental health for the last 15 years. My goal is to be real and genuine with clients while providing a safe space to express themselves and work on issues.

Your mental health is everything --- prioritize it. Make the time like your life depends on it, because it does.
